First Snow: Lehigh Parkway
I wrote a much longer and detailed post that was intended to be what you are currently reading. I have decided instead to keep it brief and let the pictures speak for themselves. The simple elegance of snowfall needs nothing from me but an excuse to allow for observation. What a beautiful Sunday morning...

I agree its about as beautiful as it gets in the parkway when it snows..... too bad that beauty is detracted from by that hideous lights in the parkway display.
Love these pictures. Thanks for sharing! We walk the parkway every week but not too often in the winter. Always wanted to take a camera out there and now I don't have too ;-)
I don't like the Lights in the Parkway either----lets hope it's the last year-----but even they look better in the snow.
